Account credentials can only be sent to one place. Where will they be sent:

1. To the email address the consumer lists as their email address on the form. 
2. If no consumer email address is provided, but the assister email address is, the credentials will be emailed to the assister email address.
3. If there are no emails listed on the request, the credentials will be mailed to the consumer’s mailing address.
