Email the ARC for issues relating to:
- Payments
- Contracting
- Online training issues
- Certification/recertification
Phone calls should be related to:
- Case statuses
- Username/password resets
- Enrollments and life events related to QHP
- General questions about completing applications
Using the proper method of contact will greatly affect results when contacting the ARC to request assistance.
