Navigator Tip of the Week: When a Consumer Must be Present

There are many instances where the consumer must be on the phone or in the same room as the assister when calling the Assister Resource Center. Please do not say the consumer is there if they are not or on the other line. Consumer must be there to:
- Close an active case (if applicable to close)
- Report changes
- Enrollment activities
- Password resets
